About Madrona

Madrona is an exciting new place to call home, located in what is considered to be one of the greenest communities in North America, Dockside Green in Victoria BC.

Floor Plans

Homes come with various features such as Energy Star appliances, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and environmentally preferable low-VOC paints and finishes. Each home features in-suite washer and dryer, and all homes include dishwashers with the exception of the Studio Apartments. Madrona Homes will be connected to Dockside Green’s district energy system, which generates high efficiency heat and hot water for all of Dockside’s residents.
